A la hora de esperar el pedido no es una espera eterna , sino que es lo razonable y los que uno desea , adicional a esto es que todo es preparado en el instante por lo que podemos decir que es fresco el producto que allí ofrecen !!! La verdad pedí una salchipapa y un chorizo y todo muy rico !! Volvería sin lugar a dudas a probar los otros productos del menú !!! “ I’ve lived in Canada over 80% of my life and have become accustomed to eating good steaks and was looking for a place to eat a not completely well done steak and this place delivered with an item on the menu called “Baby Beef”. I asked for medium to medium rare and got exactly that. The beef tenderness from being aged a few days, the way it was cooked, the seasoning, just hit all the right spots. The restaurant also has a lot of amazing traditional Colombian foods and drinks. Price was pretty much on par for anywhere you would go, considering the quality of the food I got here to other places where they in my opinion didn’t cook it right, I would say it was a great value. The service was amazing too, they were attentive but not overbearing trying to get my to buy things and even the recommendation were great. If you’re stopping by Calarcá, would definitely recommend it, not far off from where a bus would drop you off if you were coming from another city like Armenia. ”

Jose Rivera Café y Parrilla also offers the best maracuya frapeado (passion fruit frappé), coconut lemonade, celery and mint tea, and red fruits tea. The steaks are cooked to perfection, the chorizos are tender and flavorsome. I also recommend the Morpho Azul hamburguer, another unique creation of one of the owners Milena García, in this classic hamburguer, she skilfully incorporates the typical flavors in the cheese sauce, sauttéed tomatoes, the chimichurri sauce_which in my opinion the best I have tried_ the sauttéed tomatoes and the combination of beef and chorizo burguer, to give this hamburguer a very distinctive and pleasant taste. The staff is attentive and friendly, the music conveys classic pop, soft rock, and spanish rock to set the mood for a nice dinning experience and last but not least, the bathrooms here are immaculate. ”
